The project “Advancing Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine for the European Environmental Governance Reforms” is aiming to elaborate common understanding among main stakeholders on Good Environmental Governance concept, define and advocate CSOs positions for preparation and adoption of regional and national targets to be included into the Luxembourg Declaration’s Action plan and National plans and start tripartite (3P) dialogues as suggested by the 4.l. paragraph of the Luxembourg Declaration on topic “How to achieve Good environmental Governance”, using prepared Position papers.
The awareness will be raised and knowledge unified and increased among CSOs and main stakeholders on the benchmarks and content of the environmental governance reforms. It will address main target groups consisted of CSOs, Ministries of Environment of 3 respectful countries, Governments of 3 countries, Business associations, Chambers of commerce, European Union Delegations in countries and EaP Panel on Environment and Climate Change. The project aims to achieve well-informed, improved and continued content-based dialogue between CSOs and National MoEs/ Governments on the environmental reforms issues based on the EU standards. The significance of the environmental policy and good environmental governance in the countries agenda and its cross-cutting nature will be lifted up in the public discussion in Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine.
